Freya grew up in the southern surburbs of Tasmania, having connected with the island since she was little. Always having a creative attitude, she began seeing moments that she wished could be captured forever. After recieveing her first camera Freya wasted no time and jumped right in, learning every detail she could to capture memrable moments. Wilflife was her first interest, photographing surreal encounters and waiting hours for the perfect picture.

Portraits came later, however Freya took a different approach to the standard portrait photography. Using experimental techniques to create visually interesting photos inspired her. She has taken standard headshots, double exposure portraits, pet portraits, landscapes, wildlife photos and many others and is eaer to continue to grow in her photography journey.
